Please note that the daily check must be run on a daily basis to avoid a long and difficult investigation into differences spanning over many days/months/years. 

Daily Check Items

The Daily check report is split into various sections that should all balance at the end of each day. Go though each section and make sure that there are not differences that are reflecting. If there are differences take a look at which ones are not balancing and the investigate to see why they are not balancing.

The ledger account is the accounts in the general ledger at the time that the report is pulled.
