Account Budgets

Budgets can be created for Chart of Accounts (Accounts) or for Centres (cost and income centres for management accounts). 

Simply click on Create on the budget scree, select your year and type and click submit. 

Once you create a budget you then add items to the budget. 

Once you set your budgetable figures as per the above example you will see these budgets in your financial reports. Augtool does not have budget rules, for example. If a certain account reaches a budget figure that the user is notified. This can be added should you request that from us.
