Users who need to transact and run reports within Augtool need to be given access to features from the Internal Group User groups and linked to the business unit that they need to transact in. As you can see above, the user Anthony has been added to multiple user groups and linked to various business units with the relevant user group assigned. 

To do this, select the business unit and then the User group as you can see and then click on Add. 

This type of user group will be used for most of your users performing business transactions and running reports. 

Once you have given yourself access to a new feature, you will need to log out and in again to access it. 

Please note, as the system is updated and new features are released, you will not automatically have access to it. You will need to go and give yourself or relevant users access to the new feature.
