aging by Due Date

Augtool gives you the option to base aging on either Document Date or Due Date. This means that aging can be calculated from transaction date of invoice if the Document Date option is selected or it can be based on the payment due date of the invoice if the Due Date option is selected. The aging basis can be selected from Business Units > Terms. Once this is selected it will carry through the the aging on the Statements. However the Organisation aging Reports also has a filter that allows you to select aging based on Document Date or Due Date for the aging Report. The filter option on this report applies only to this report and does not carry through to the statements.
