This is not a manual nor is it step by step instruction manual about how to use Augtool. This is a guide that tells you what there is in Augtool and how the various feature sets impact the system. We cannot and will not tell you how to run your business nor what organisations, chart of accounts, items, categories etc to setup.

Please use this guide as a place to check if your thinking about each document and feature set is aligned with what we have intended it to do. Augative only supports Chrome as a browser although many other browsers will work. Please download and use Chrome if you want the optimal usage of Augtool. We also frequently use Teams and Zoom to communicate with our clients.

This can be accessed from anywhere in the world as long as you have your domain for instance YourCompanyName.augtool.com and your user name and password. Should you wish to setup two factor authentication using the google auth app please contact us.
